Senior Environmental Health Officer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health Officer to join our client's team in the South East of England for a 6-month contract with a potential extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert advice on pollution-related matters, including noise and statutory nuisances, general planning applications, and air quality.
  • Working closely with the local authority to ensure effective pollution control and prevention.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to reduce pollution and improve environmental health.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in environmental health, particularly in pollution control and prevention.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
