Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a partner school in Bromley. As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff members to provide academic support to students. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in education, while making a positive impact on young people's lives.

Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students
• Provide individualized support to students who require additional help
• Assist with lesson planning and preparation
• Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive school environment

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a 2:1 Bachelor's Degree (or higher) from a leading UK University and prior experience working with young people in an educational capacity. You will also possess sensitivity to emotional dysregulation and a strong knowledge of safeguarding practices. As a patient and empathetic individual, you will be able to connect with students who may not respond to mainstream teaching methods. The estimated salary for this role is £525-£575 per week, paid via PAYE, including holiday pay.
