We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to support students with Special Educational Needs in a vibrant and inclusive school. The successful candidate will provide one-on-one and group support, assist with Individual Education Plans, and promote an inclusive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual needs are met.
- Assist the class teacher in implementing IEPs and adapting teaching materials.

- Support students with personal care needs as required.
- Engage with parents and guardians to provide regular updates on student progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
- A relevant qualification in education or childcare is desirable.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective teaching strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting the educational development of SEN students.
