About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Bank Nurse to join our team at Bupa Sunnyview House. As a Bank Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, working closely with our care team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents, ensuring their needs are met and their care plans are implemented.
- Coach and guide the care team, providing formal and informal teaching programs to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each resident.
- Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
Requirements:
- As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for driving and running the unit, alongside clinical duties in the home. This includes observation, medication, reviewing, and evaluating individual care plans, and providing clinical guidance to the care team.
- You will have previous experience ensuring policies and standards are kept to a high clinical standard.
- You will be confident in offering clinical guidance to the care team, being crucial in helping with all CQC tasks.
- You will be a highly trusted member of the team, enjoying building connections with residents and their families, giving them the kindness and support they deserve.
