Embedded Software Engineer Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Embedded Software Engineer to join our team at Workonblockchain. As an Embedded Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded software for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop embedded software using C++ and other programming languages
  • Work with firmware and hardware engineers to develop embedded solutions
  • Deploy software to multi-core or distributed hardware platforms
  • Adhere to airborne software design standards RTCA 178C and coding standards such as MISRA C/C++
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

Requirements:

  • Full software lifecycle experience including Requirements Management, Design, Implementation, Test, and Integration
  • Knowledge and experience in UML, C++, and Object Oriented Design techniques
  • Familiarity with agile techniques such as Scrum and tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Gitlab
  • Experience in RTCA 178C DAL C Design Assurance or similar
  • Eligibility for full security clearance
