CDM Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced CDM Specialist to join our Health and Safety Consultancy Team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in construction health and safety, with experience of working as a CDM Advisor.

The role involves providing day-to-day delivery of CDM advisory services across a variety of projects and sectors, including Commercial, Residential, and Retail. You will work closely with project teams to ensure effective management of design work during construction and assist in the preparation and review of key CDM documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering CDM advisory services across various projects and sectors

Requirements:

• Degree-qualified with relevant experience in the construction industry
• Proven track record in construction health and safety
• Experience of working as a CDM Advisor
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders
