Requirements

  • Experience in dispatch or packing with management experience
  • Ability to oversee packing operatives and quality check their work
  • Strong communication and team player skills
  • Good working knowledge of quality standards and procedures (ideally aerospace)
  • Self-motivated and able to multi-task
