Senior Landscape Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Landscape Architect to join our expanding team in Guildford, contributing to large-scale residential developments and shaping the built environment across the south and east of England.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on landscape planning and design projects, working closely with architects, urban designers, and technicians.
  • Prepare landscape design drawings, including masterplans, detailed hard and soft landscape designs.
  • Conduct site visits, photography, and prepare LVIA-related baseline plans.
  • Contribute to reports, including landscape appraisals, Landscape and Visual Impact Assessments (LVIA), and Design and Access Statements.
  • Play a key role in the delivery of landscape-led masterplans for national and regional housebuilders.
Requirements:
  • Chartered Membership of the Landscape Institute (CMLI) or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of post-degree experience, with significant exposure to landscape planning and design.
  • Proven experience with LVIA and landscape planning.
  • Strong design flair and technical knowledge.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a closely related field.
