About Numi Scan Grimsby

We are a private obstetric ultrasound clinic based in Scartho, Grimsby, offering a range of prenatal scans, including 4D scans and gender scans. Our clinic is located within a mile of Grimsby hospital and close to the town centre, making it an ideal location for our patients.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our team on a full-time basis, starting as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have a strong patient-centred approach and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conducting a range of prenatal scans, including 4D scans and gender scans
  • Producing high-quality ultrasound images and videos
  • Keeping accurate records and making high-quality referrals to the NHS where necessary
  • Carrying out phlebotomy services for NIPT screening services (not essential)
  • Working with the management team to ensure a premium client experience
  • Ensuring a high standard of patient care is maintained at all times
  • Adhering to foetal ultrasound safety guidelines such as ALARA
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the clinic at all times
Requirements
  • HCPC registration as a Sonographer
  • Expert understanding of Obstetric Ultrasound practices
  • At least 2 years' experience working as an Obstetric Sonographer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong patient-centred approach
