Active Care Group is a leading provider of care services, and we are seeking an experienced Clinical Operations Director to join our team in Lancashire. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

We are committed to delivering high-quality care that is tailored to the individual needs of each client. As a Clinical Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of care services across our region, ensuring that our standards of excellence are consistently met.

The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive a range of benefits, including 25 days' annual leave, birthday off, and access to our Active Learning Hub and Reward App.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership skills and contribute to the growth and development of our organization. You will work closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure that our care services are delivered to the highest standard.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in clinical operations and a passion for delivering exceptional care. You will need to have a current NMC Pin registration, a legal right to work in the UK, and full driving license with your own vehicle.
