We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Payroll Officer to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a Hybrid Payroll Officer, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, including statutory payments, salary journals, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll transactions accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and submit statutory payments, such as SPP and SMP
- Manage salary journals and ensure timely payment
- Process starters and leavers, including updating payroll records
- Generate reports on holiday and sickness absences
- Proven experience in payroll processing, with a strong understanding of end-to-end payroll systems
- Excellent timekeeping and confidentiality skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment, with some office-based work required
- A competitive salary, ranging from £33,000 to £36,000 per annum
