Front of House Team Member

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Front of House Team Member to join our dynamic team at a prestigious 3AA Rosette restaurant in Northamptonshire. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.
  • Assist the Restaurant Manager and colleagues in ensuring smooth operations during service.
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of the menu, wine, and beverages to confidently answer guest inquiries and make informed recommendations.
  • Use your knowledge of the menu and guest preferences to suggest and recommend additional options to enhance the dining experience.
  • Receive one-on-one training from experienced managers and continuous coaching to hone your skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in hospitality, preferably in a fine dining or rosette-awarded establishment.
  • Transport: Due to the remote location of the stately home, candidates must have their own transport or a valid driving license.
  • Passion for hospitality and customer service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to anticipate guest needs.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
