We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Commercial Property team at Ideal Personnel and Recruitment Solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and be able to effectively communicate with colleagues and clients alike.

The successful candidate will provide an efficient secretarial and administrative service to fee earners and teams within the firm. This will include duties such as document creation, typing, answering the telephone, making appointments, and dealing with administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Document creation: Accurate typing from dictation, producing new versions of documents, and using track changes.
  • Administrative duties: Answering the telephone professionally, making appointments, and dealing with administrative tasks such as scanning, printing, and storage of deeds.
  • Supporting clients: Preparing engrossments of legal documents for signing and providing a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills: Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
  • IT literacy: Proficient in using systems and software.
