Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Solutions Architect to lead our 6-month IT transformation programme in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to align transformation goals with process improvements, new business models, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Create and communicate enterprise architecture assets to simplify complex technical outcomes for stakeholders.
  • Gather and analyze requirements to align solutions with the strategic architecture vision and transformation goals.
  • Develop high-level solution designs that drive transformation and accommodate future growth.
  • Translate solution designs into actionable plans by working closely with Technical Solution Designers and Business Analysts.
  • Ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing systems and align with enterprise architecture principles and strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead the reengineering of business processes to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
  • Assess risks and impacts of proposed solutions, implement mitigation strategies, and monitor performance post-implementation.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of large-scale IT transformations, in complex corporate business environments.
  • Experience designing solutions that enable significant business shifts, aligned with enterprise architecture principles and technical roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and integrations.
  • Good knowledge of DevOps best practice.
  • Have previously led teams of Solutions Architects / Designers.
  • Skilled in working with large datasets and understanding data flows within business processes.
  • Creative thinker with a pragmatic approach to process standardization and a focus on business needs.
  • Adept at risk identification, mitigation, and flexible problem-solving in lean, resource-constrained project environments.
What You'll Need:
  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT transformation programmes.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects.
