**Job Title:** Customer Service Liaison Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team at Fawkes and Reece, a well-established Social Housing Contractor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a new challenge in the housing sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct pre-entry visits and company inductions for new tenants
  • Collect tenancy agreement/approval forms from tenants
  • Visit tenants in their homes to advise them on upcoming works and provide support where needed
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, dealing with any queries or issues they may have
  • Contact neighbourhood housing associations to establish working relationships
  • Visit empty houses being refurbished and advise potential tenants on completion dates
  • Attend and chair tenant forum meetings to keep tenants informed about works
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, resolving any complaints or issues promptly

**Requirements:** A strong background in face-to-face customer service, ideally within the housing or construction sectors. A full driving licence is essential, and a CSCS card would be advantageous.

**Salary:** £26,500 - £28,500 per annum
