Senior Practitioner Psychologist

As a Senior Practitioner Psychologist working within East Sussex Rehabilitation Pathway, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team promoting a trauma-informed, therapeutic culture. You will work closely with the 8b Principal Psychologist to provide leadership around the implementation of evidence-based interventions.
Key responsibilities include providing individual and group evidence-based interventions for people with severe and enduring mental health difficulties. Formulation skills are essential in leading team formulation, a valued part of multidisciplinary team working and care planning.
You will offer supervision to psychological therapists within the service and contribute to the senior leadership team. Regular clinical and professional supervision, including specialist clinical supervision, will be provided.
A strong network of diverse and supportive psychology colleagues is available for peer networking across East Sussex and the wider Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
