About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage our accounts payable process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices, maintaining relationships with vendors, and analyzing financial data to optimize our operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable process, including invoice processing and payment
  • Maintain relationships with vendors and negotiate payment terms
  • Analyze financial data to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
