About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury and RTA to join our Fraud team in Scotland. The role can be based from either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement on a part-time basis. We are happy to discuss flexible working patterns with candidates who wish to apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure, in conjunction with the partner and associates, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.
  • Work with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.
  • Prioritize work effectively and maximize efficiency in working practices.
  • Build stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Develop your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices.

About You

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Post-qualification experience in Personal Injury and/or RTA with litigation experience.
  • Experience of working within a busy commercial environment, handling a varied caseload.
  • Strong technical and commercial expertise, including a thorough grasp of principles and case law.
  • The ability to develop new skills and to use your initiative, with the support of an experienced team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
