About the Role:

Kent PLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer to join our team in Bristol. With recent successes in offshore wind, we are expanding our geotechnical engineering capabilities and looking for a talented individual to contribute to our projects.

Our current portfolio includes a range of exciting projects, and we are looking for someone who can help us drive innovation and excellence in geotechnical engineering. As a Senior/Principal Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and collaborating with our team to deliver high-quality results and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage geotechnical engineering projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to complex geotechnical engineering challenges
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in geotechnical engineering, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical knowledge of geotechnical engineering principles and practices
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
