Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Mixology Specialist to join our team at The Sutherland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating unique and delicious cocktails and other beverages, taking pride in every aspect of your work to ensure that our guests leave feeling satisfied and impressed.

You will work closely with our head bartender to develop new cocktail menus and recipes, experimenting with different flavors and ingredients to create something truly special.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Developing and implementing new cocktail menus and recipes
  • Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and other beverages to specification
  • Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, adhering to our high standards of presentation and hygiene

About You:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a busy bar or restaurant environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work well under pressure
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Able to adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment

We estimate this role will pay around £22,000-£32,000 per year based on industry standards and local costs.
