Joining our Back of House team means contributing to delivering top-notch customer experiences by preparing and serving food of the highest quality.

You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of our kitchens, adhering to health and safety regulations, and preparing food that meets our exacting standards.

We offer a competitive salary range of £19,500 to £21,000 per year.

Key responsibilities:
  • Ensuring kitchen equipment and utensils are spotless.
  • Following strict food safety and hygiene guidelines.
  • Implementing FIFO stock rotation for freshest ingredients.
  • Safely storing and accepting food deliveries.
  • Staying updated on operational policies and procedures.
  • Cooking, serving, and presenting food exactly as intended.
  • Maintaining high-quality food standards and availability.
  • Familiarizing yourself with our extensive menu offerings.
  • Responding to customer concerns and informing the Cafe Manager.
  • Showcasing strong planning and organizational skills.
