Teaching Assistant

We are currently recruiting Teaching Assistants to work across Key Stage 2 in Primary Schools across Nottinghamshire and surrounding areas.
About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will be working closely with teachers to support students in their learning. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting students in Key Stage 2 with their learning
- Working closely with teachers to deliver lessons and activities
- Assisting with classroom management and organization
- Providing individual support to students as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Level 2/3 Support Teaching or Learning qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of students and teachers
