- Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Market Properties: Assist in the marketing of available properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract prospective tenants.
- Strong Passion for Sales: A proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with prospective tenants.
- Ability to Thrive in a Fast-Paced Environment: Managing multiple tasks and prioritizing with ease.
