Key Responsibilities:

  2. Engage with Prospective Tenants: Build rapport with tenants, answer their questions, and provide detailed information about the properties and the letting process.
  3. Closing Deals: Convert viewings into lettings by effectively communicating the benefits of the properties and addressing any concerns or objections.
  4. Manage Enquiries: Handle incoming enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Assist with the preparation of tenancy agreements, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Requirements:
