About the RoleAs an Early Years Educator Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in childcare and education, working with children under 5 years old. You will be part of a supportive team, working together to create a safe and stimulating learning environment.
Key Responsibilities- Work as part of a team to plan and implement activities that promote children's development and learning
- Provide high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their individual needs are met
- Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and supportive learning environment
- Participate in observations and assessments to inform teaching and learning
We offer a comprehensive training programme, including:
- A Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification
- Functional skills qualifications in maths and English
- A permanent contract, subject to successful completion of the apprenticeship
- A competitive hourly rate, increasing after 6 months and 12 months in post
- A range of benefits, including childcare discount, enhanced DBS check, and annual leave
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for childcare and education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Basic computer skills and access to a computer for online assessments and coursework
