Job Title: Registered Nurse

At Meridian Business Support Limited, we are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in Ipswich, Suffolk. This is a permanent position offering competitive pay and benefits, including £22 per hour + paid breaks. You will work on mixed shifts (Days/Nights) and be part of a healthcare team providing exceptional care to over 1,500 residents across our care homes. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care, promoting resident well-being, and supporting our healthcare team in maintaining the highest standards of care. Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality care to residents, promoting their well-being and dignity
• Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to maintain the highest standards of care
• Participate in mixed shifts (Days/Nights) to ensure 24/7 care coverage
• Support the care team in promoting resident independence and well-being

Requirements:
• Current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse
• Experience working in a care environment, preferably in a senior nurse role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Commitment to delivering high-quality care and promoting resident well-being
