Customer Service Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Trainer to join our Academy Training Team in Peterborough. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver contact centre inductions across multiple departments, ensuring all training is delivered to a high standard.
- Support the creation and updating of induction resources, ensuring they remain relevant and appropriate to the requirements.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate and understood by the trainer.
- Assist in building training activities that are interactive, engaging, and cater to a range of learning styles.
- Support upskilling requirements in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Act as a point of support for all training-related queries from new team members and People Managers.
- Maintain process documents, ensuring material is up to date and relevant.
- Apply lean methodology concepts to all activities, with appropriate guidance.
- Complete training records and assessments for all team members in the Academy, evaluating competency and suitability for the role.
- Strong understanding of operational processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop engaging and effective training materials.
- Proficient in e-learning tools and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to assess training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
