About the Role
This 6-month fixed term contract position involves working closely with the L&D director and People Director to implement positive change and transformation based on Dayforce (payroll, HR and WFM). The ideal candidate will have experience with Dayforce implementation, excellent business acumen, and background in influencing business changes.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the L&D director and People Director to implement Dayforce-based solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships with warehouse depots across the country
- Provide expert advice on payroll, HR and WFM processes

Requirements
- Experience with Dayforce implementation
- Excellent business acumen and analytical skills
- Background in influencing business changes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
