Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Examiner to join our team of experts in the field of International GCSE Greek.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-quality assessment materials, including question papers and mark schemes, that meet the specification's content and assessment criteria.
- Standardize marking and ensure accuracy and consistency throughout.
- Monitor the marking standards of all examiners and advise on their appointment, training, and reappointment.
- Attend the awarding meeting and advise on mark ranges for grade boundaries.
- Submit an evaluation report on the performance of the question paper.
Requirements
- Experience of teaching the relevant subject and level.
- Qualified Teacher Status is desirable.
- Assessment experience in the relevant qualification.
- Experience of managing people.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
