We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Information Coordinator to join our busy Careers Centre team at the University of Reading. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in leading our information management and operational procedures, ensuring an outstanding customer experience for our students and employers.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing systems and processes, managing a team of staff, and working closely with the Head of Careers Information and Events. To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and administrative skills, as well as knowledge of Content and/or Information Management Systems and Customer Relations Management systems.
We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, motivated, and committed to delivering the highest standards of service. If you have a passion for careers guidance and a desire to make a real difference in the lives of our students, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead on information management and operational procedures
- Develop and implement systems and processes
- Manage a team of staff
