About the Role

  1. We are seeking an additional After-Sales Support Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  1. The ideal candidate will input data for engineers accurately and handle customer calls related to aftersales issues.
  2. Taking and processing orders from customers will be a key responsibility.
  3. The successful applicant will be responsible for ordering parts required to complete repair work.
  4. Ensuring parts received are undamaged and in full will be crucial.
  5. The role also involves generating quotes and invoicing goods and services.
  6. Liaising via telephone, email, and face-to-face with Area Sales Managers and Area Sales engineers will be essential.

Requirements

  1. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in administrator duties.
  2. A professional manner, reliability, organisation, helpful nature, excellent telephone manner, and confidence in using Word & Excel are necessary.
  3. Able to multi-task and deal with a high volume of work will be vital.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  2. Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is essential.
  4. A strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
  5. Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
  6. Excellent time management and organisational skills.

What We Offer

  1. Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
  2. A comprehensive benefits package including 33.5 hours working hours, 18 days annual leave increasing by one day each year to 24 days maximum, and opportunities for career progression.
