About the Role
- We are seeking an additional After-Sales Support Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- The ideal candidate will input data for engineers accurately and handle customer calls related to aftersales issues.
- Taking and processing orders from customers will be a key responsibility.
- The successful applicant will be responsible for ordering parts required to complete repair work.
- Ensuring parts received are undamaged and in full will be crucial.
- The role also involves generating quotes and invoicing goods and services.
- Liaising via telephone, email, and face-to-face with Area Sales Managers and Area Sales engineers will be essential.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2+ years' experience in administrator duties.
- A professional manner, reliability, organisation, helpful nature, excellent telephone manner, and confidence in using Word & Excel are necessary.
- Able to multi-task and deal with a high volume of work will be vital.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) is essential.
- A strong ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
- A comprehensive benefits package including 33.5 hours working hours, 18 days annual leave increasing by one day each year to 24 days maximum, and opportunities for career progression.
