About the Job Description

This job description outlines the key responsibilities and requirements for the Pharmacy Support Colleague role. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for customer care and be able to build excellent relationships with patients and colleagues.

As a member of our pharmacy team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge, working towards an NVQ Level 2 equivalent in Pharmacy Services. We offer a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour, rising to £13.15 after 6 months, as well as a range of benefits, including a Boots Retirement Savings Plan pension scheme and enhanced maternity leave pay.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent patient care and working towards delivering efficient dispensary operations. They will also have the ability to advise patients with confidence and accuracy, while remaining customer-focused.
