This full-time position, starting in September 2024 and running until December 2024, presents an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact on a young learner's life while gaining invaluable experience.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will play a vital role in supporting a child with special needs, promoting their academic, social, and emotional growth.
  • Foster expertise in special education and behaviour management by working with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH.
  • Collaborate with a passionate team of educators who provide exceptional support for every student, every day.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities through our partnership with The National College.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Essential previous experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, or SEMH.
  • Resilience: Ability to work with challenging behaviour and adapt quickly to changing situations.
  • Passion: A genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
  • Flexibility: Collaborative mindset to work with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide tailored support.

Salary Estimate: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
