Ambassador Liaison Officer

As a key member of the Student Ambassador Scheme team, you will provide administrative and recruitment support to ensure the smooth delivery of events. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Completing essential employment administrative functions, including DBS checks, payroll, and references.
- Acting as the first point of contact for student ambassadors, responding to and resolving enquiries in a timely manner, and escalating queries where necessary.
- Maintaining our digital student ambassador job board (HEAT).
- Supporting the design and delivery of recruitment activities, including scoring applications and leading selection sessions.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced team working with a range of internal stakeholders and supporting our ambassador cohort. You will be working with a range of administrative and recruitment tasks, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in these areas.
You will be working with a dynamic team to deliver the Student Ambassador Scheme, and will have the opportunity to be part of a team that is making a real difference to the University's student experience.
