Care Support Worker

Home Instead is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in delivering exceptional care to individuals in their own homes.
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing personalized support and companionship to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with personal care, including dressing, washing, and toileting
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities, promoting independence and confidence
- Providing emotional support and companionship, helping to alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Administering medication and supporting healthcare needs, with training provided as required
- Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation, enhancing the overall well-being of our clients
