**Role Summary**

The role of a Senior Architectural Visualisation Artist at The Boundary is to create high-quality digital marketing content showcasing proposed buildings, landscapes, interiors, or products for client projects. Our primary clients are architects and real estate developers.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Plan and produce visually appealing visualisations from client-supplied material
  • Collaborate with other artists to produce and refine content
  • Develop lighting set-ups and compositions
  • Provide design expertise and insight when needed
  • Deliver photorealistic magazine-quality results using rendering engines
  • Own and lead projects, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Engage in correspondence with clients and design teams
  • Work with Project Managers to assist with project resourcing
  • Incorporate and adapt content based on feedback
  • Assist with additional asset creation (furniture, props, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain a personal learning and development plan
  • Prepare learning materials for company showcase sessions
  • Provide constructive feedback to other artists
  • Contribute to and manage a library of assets

**Requirements**

  • Familiarity with architectural drawings
  • Experience designing visual content or graphic design layouts
  • Knowledge of textures and shaders
  • An understanding of animation, animation rigs, and anatomy
  • Experience working in a studio environment
  • A general understanding of cameras
  • A basic knowledge of the architecture industry
  • A positive team player
  • Desirable: 3dsmax experience and extensive Corona knowledge
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, at an intermediate level
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and creative cloud software
  • Desirable: background in architectural visualization, real estate, interior design, or marketing
