This care home provides care and support to residential, respite, and residential dementia individuals. As a Care Assistant, you will be an essential part of the team, promoting the well-being and providing the highest quality of care to residents.
Your key duties will include:
- Assisting with daily tasks, including all personal care assistance from supporting with personal hygiene to days out and companionship
- Encouraging independence, well-being, and supporting vulnerable individuals with their daily routines and activities
- Ensuring accurate record keeping at all times
The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:
- Proven experience of working in a care setting
- A good team player
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine desire to care for others
The successful Care Assistant will receive an excellent salary of £13.00 per hour and the annual salary is £24,336 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role for 36 hours a week working through night shifts. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
