Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care professionals to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care services.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to organisational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in regular supervision sessions and annual appraisals to ensure professional growth and development.

Salary: £45,448.00 per year + Extra Shifts paid as Overtime, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
