The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality standards, and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a team of architects, designers, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Built strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that meet their expectations.
• Identify new business opportunities, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the growth of Rural Solutions Ltd.
• Oversight of project processing responsibility, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery.
• Maintain high-quality design standards, adhering to project timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering professional growth, and collaboration.

Requirements

• A minimum of 15 years of experience and a minimum of 5 years leading a team.
• Proven track record of successfully leading projects.
• Strong client-side experience, able to understand client needs, and translate them into design solutions.
• Business acumen, ability to significantly contribute to company-wide business development efforts.
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design concepts, and lead presentations.
• Collaborative leadership style with a proven track record of managing teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect.
• Proficiency in architectural software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, and ability to articulate design strategies across different levels.
