About the Role

The Account Manager is a key position within our Footwear team, responsible for supporting sales and building exciting footwear ranges with our in-house design team. This role will also involve liaising with suppliers and offshore offices, as well as working closely with key customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support sales and develop new footwear ranges with the design team
  • Liaise with suppliers and offshore offices
  • Work closely with key customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Oversee and monitor the critical path, shipping, and production to ensure accurate stock deliveries

Requirements

  • Experience in Footwear and the fashion industry
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with colleagues and customers at all levels
  • Previous experience in a similar position or buying/merchandising background
  • Ability to ensure the constant development of new product ranges to meet business requirements and customer needs
  • Awareness of customer business requirements and plans to maximise opportunities for further business
  • Contribute to the success of the business by promoting a positive and supportive team environment
