Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Knowledge Services Assistant to join our Investigations and Corporate Crime team. The successful candidate will support the firm's Knowledge lawyers and lawyers in Investigations and Corporate Crime directly, capturing know-how and developing internal knowledge collections, managing external resources, and guiding users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Capture and develop internal knowledge collections, including uploading know-how and tagging in accordance with global standards and governance protocols.
  • Manage external resources, including online databases and print materials, and guide users in their use.
  • Support the creation and sharing of updates, insights, and commentary on legal, regulatory, and market developments, including conducting research, collating materials, and drafting summaries.
  • Collaborate with the global Knowledge & Information Services Team to ensure the firm's lawyers have access to curated internal knowledge collections and external resources.
  • Provide research and signposting support to lawyers and other business services colleagues, including directing them to specific internal or external resources.
Requirements
  • Highly IT literate, including excellent command of Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong commercial awareness and ability to use initiative.
  • Business proficiency in English (both oral and written).
  • A team player capable of building good working relationships.
