Job Title: Cerebral Palsy Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Libertatem Healthcare Group. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with complex health needs, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalised care and support to clients with complex health conditions, including assisting with daily living activities, administering medication, and monitoring health conditions.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' conditions to relevant healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care and support.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care, with a strong understanding of the needs of individuals with cerebral palsy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature, with a commitment to providing high-quality care and support.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with flexibility to work the specified hours.
