Cognita Schools, a leading educational institution, is seeking an experienced Strategic Enrollment Growth Specialist to join its team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving student recruitment and fostering a strong academic community.

We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Admissions, Social Media & Comms Manager. This position combines two critical functions: growing student enrollment through delivering exceptional customer experiences and developing effective student recruitment communications. The ideal candidate will possess excellent relationship-building and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration across the entire school community.

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to showcase the school's strengths and foster engagement with prospective students and their families.
• Create and manage content that highlights the school's unique selling points, academic achievements, and extracurricular activities.
• Design and execute engaging events to attract new students and promote the school's values.
• Foster strong relationships with parents, guardians, and existing students to ensure a positive experience from initial inquiry to enrollment.

• A minimum of [£35,000 - £45,000] per annum salary, commensurate with experience.
• Prior experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field is essential.
• Proven track record of successfully managing communication campaigns and direct customer contact.
• Experience with customer database management, CRM tools, and digital platforms.
