Job Title: HSE Advisor

Belcan is seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join their team in Stevenage. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with a strong background in health, safety, and environmental management to work on a 4-month contract with a world-leading organization in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and provide HSE documentation and guidance to ensure contractual requirements are met.
  • Conduct onsite investigations to identify root causes, preventative, and corrective actions.
  • Provide support and guidance to personnel involved in Construction or Design and management roles to ensure compliance with CDM 2015.
  • Identify and halt operational processes where unsafe working practices are being used.
  • Prepare contractual HSE documentation and provide support to CDM specific roles.
Requirements:
  • NEBOSH General Certificate (Essential)
  • Member of IOSH (Tech / Graduate Status) - (Essential)
  • Experience in Auditing / Inspection, Incident Management & Investigation, HSE Legislation, CDM Regulations, Management System Standards, Industrial Services Sector, Improvement Planning
  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (Desirable)
  • Environmental Qualification (Desirable)
  • CDM/ Pre-construction H&S Qualification (Desirable)
