Job Title: Compassionate Care Assistant - Female Support Worker


Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a compassionate and motivated female support worker to join our team at St. Bridget's. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing personal care and support to our customers, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.



  • Assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escorting and assisting customers in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • SUPPORTING our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
  • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone with a caring and friendly attitude, who is able to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers. A relevant qualification in care or healthcare would be desirable but not essential.
