English Academic Mentor | Barking & Dagenham

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Academic Mentor to join our team at a high-achieving school in Barking & Dagenham. As an English Academic Mentor, you will provide invaluable guidance to students who need help with their GCSE exam prep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with students who require support with their GCSE exam preparation
  • Develop and implement effective learning strategies to improve student attainment
  • Collaborate with teachers to ensure seamless support for students
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment

Requirements:

  • First Class English Degree from a leading UK University
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively with students of varying abilities
  • Experience working with SEN children
