FM Conway is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer to join our Major Projects division. Our team is responsible for delivering innovative transportation solutions, and we're looking for a skilled professional to support our clients in the London area.

This is a full-time, permanent position based in the London area. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary and a range of benefits, including career development opportunities and access to our Rewarding Great People platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing pre-contract assistance to produce PQQs and tenders, method statements, and programme advice

• Assisting in the production of weekly paperwork in accordance with IMS requirements

• Ensuring accurate setting out of works and providing clear instructions to the delivery team

• Liaising with clients' representatives to clarify requests for information

• Testing and QA schedules – liaising with FMC testing to ensure compliance against site specification

• Mentoring apprentices, trainees, and graduates

• Valuing engineering and buildability surveys within design processes

Requirements:

• Experience in civil engineering with a SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely qualification

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience in growing, mentoring, and leading teams

• A degree in engineering or NVQ 4 or 5/HNC or HND

• A CSCS card
