Job Overview:
We are recruiting a part-time Personal Care Provider to provide high-quality care and support to individuals in our community.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver personalized care that respects individuals' dignity and promotes their well-being.
  2. Connect people to their communities, ensuring they have access to local support and services.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and carers.

Estimated Salary: £21,000 - £23,000 per annum, depending on experience, paid weekly or bi-weekly.

Requirements:
  • Qualifications: relevant NVQs or equivalent qualifications.
  • Experience: previous experience in care and support, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
