Electrical Project Manager

OSP Group Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their BMS Project division. The successful candidate will work on large one-off projects throughout the country and manage Planned upgrade programmes with clients throughout London and the home counties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out project design, including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering.
  2. Prepare O&M manuals and other documentation, such as commissioning/witnessing packs.
  3. Attend site progress meetings, including project review meetings, and produce weekly project reports.
  4. Oversee the submission of project variations and interim applications for payment.
  5. Coordinate with the estimating/sales team at a technical/commercial level.
  6. Attend project handover meetings as required.
  7. Create and manage a project programme of works.
Requirements:
  1. Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products.
  2. Commercial awareness.
  3. Strong leadership qualities.
  4. Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  5. Customer Service Skills - ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
