About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Tax Advisory Leader to spearhead tax strategy, risk management, advice, and compliance obligations for Network Plus group.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of tax laws and regulations, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.

You will work closely with internal teams, HMRC, auditors, and tax advisers to ensure the Group is compliant and efficient in managing tax reporting and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the tax strategy of the Group, including leading the SAO preparation and review process and transfer pricing strategies.

• Ensure the Group is Pillar II ready and establish processes for ongoing management.

• Manage IR35 compliance of the Group.

• Provide technical support to HR and Payroll on tax issues.

• Review and sign off tax figures for financial accounts and regular balance sheet reconciliation review.

• Managing Cash Flow: Review and sign off tax cash flow forecasts of the group on a monthly basis.

• Advice, Business Engagement, and Process Improvement: Lead tax advice for business-led projects and identify tax efficiencies.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant tax legislation and practice.

• Manage tax audit process and tax adviser relationships and the tax advisory budget.

Experience and Qualifications:

CIT or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong relevant post-qualification experience in a similar role.

Excellent communication skills and ability to influence and advise senior internal and external stakeholders.

Estimated salary: £120,000 - £150,000 per annum depending on experience.
