The Role: Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth delivery of digital solutions, and driving client satisfaction and adoption.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagement and issue escalation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Drive adoption and optimize the use of our digital products across sites.
  • Manage revenue forecasting, opportunity tracking, and provide strategic support to clients.
  • This role requires someone with a high level of strategic thinking.

About You

An experienced professional with a proven background in account management or customer success, particularly within the construction/construction tech sectors. You will have at least 5 years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role, a strong understanding of the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and an analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.

The Package

  • Base salary up to £75,000 with a competitive commission structure.
